Caffeine also improves the appearance of under-eye skin by its possible function as a natural sunscreen.

Carrot Seed Oil - Packed with nutrients including beta carotene, and vitamins A and E. Carrot seed oil nourishes dry skin, and can even reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Directions for use: Using gentle pressure, roll under each eye from inner corner to outer corner twice. User finger to smooth in any excess until absorbed. Reapply as needed throughout the day. Use twice a day, morning and night.
